Worthiness & Time: A Residential Retreat

A two-night residential retreat

Friday, November 15 ~ Sunday, November 17, 2024

Rosaryville Retreat Center

To truly reach the next level of healing, it’s essential to cultivate a deep sense of self-worth. When our sense of worthiness is diminished, it often shows up in how we manage our time ~~ do we overschedule? procrastinate? spend time doing things that we do not want to do?

Join us for a transformative overnight retreat, designed to help you step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with what truly matters. In a beautiful, quiet setting, you’ll have the space to ask yourself: “Where does my daily life align with my deepest values and desires, and where does it not?”  We will engage in practices to help us deepen our own sense of worthiness, the foundation for our growth and healing. We’ll explore techniques to cultivate a more peaceful, positive relationship with time and discuss tools to help you create a more intentional life—one where your time is spent nurturing what truly feeds your heart.

This retreat will be facilitated by AnnaMaria Signorelli, LCSW-BACS, with assistance from Rebecca Baas, LCSW. It will begin promptly at 4:15 (with registration from 3:00-3:45) on Friday, 11/15 and end after lunch on Sunday, 11/17.  Rosaryville Retreat Center is located on 50 acres in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. See their website for more details at http://www.rosaryvillela.net

The cost of this mostly silent retreat is $850, which includes the retreat program, 2 nights of lodging in a private room, and six meals. It also includes 11 continuing education credits (including 3 ethics hours) for mental health professionals (through LABSWE). The retreat program consists of 11 hours of intensive therapeutic experience, (including teaching content and small group activities), optional yoga and times for personal space and reflection. For more details or to register, please contact Rebecca at rbaaslcsw@gmail.com

There are a limited number of sliding fee scale spots-please inquire if needed at registration.  After registration fills, we will maintain a waiting list.

Working with Our Inner Parts for Personal Healing

three-night residential retreat, Thursday, April 10 through Sunday, April 13, 2025 Cost:$995

Parts work is a modality of identifying and giving a voice to subpersonalities that are part of us. This process can resolve internal conflicts, free blocked energy sources, and establish an inner harmonious system. Many have found this type of in-depth personal work to be healing in profound ways. This opportunity is by invitation only and is appropriate for both those new to parts work and those familiar with the work.  This retreat tends to fill quickly so register early to insure your place.

Deep Renewal for Healing Professionals and Activists

A two-night residential retreat: Date TBD Let us know if you want to be on the list for 2025

Give yourself a gift of time to step back and look at your practice in an extremely quiet, inviting retreat environment.

Together we will clarify and reconnect with the values and intention that underlie our work, looking deeply at what initially drew us to this profession and harnessing that energy to work with greater integrity and joy.

We will reflect on our personal philosophy of healing, growth and change, our own ongoing healing and its role in our professional work. Looking at our daily habits, we will consider how to more fully embody the changes we encourage in those we serve, asking ourselves, “How do we best walk our talk, and what’s in the way?” “How do we work in a sustainable way without becoming exhausted or disillusioned?”

Participants will have opportunities to explore their thoughts, feelings and assumptions about healing and change. You will also be asked to take time to increase your consciousness / intentionality of how you are in relationship with your clients and communities since decades of research indicate that this is the most powerful change agent in the therapeutic process.

Finally, we will tap into the synergistic and collective wellsprings of energy available to all healers, to heal fatigue, prevent burnout, and allow us to do our best work. Along the way, we will reconnect with our deepest selves, share time for stillness and personal reflection, and engage in small group discussion.

Daylong Retreats 2024

Each daylong retreat will be held from 9 am to 3:30 pm and will be facilitated by Anna Maria Signorelli and held in the studio at the Amma Center (unless otherwise noted.) The retreats are primarily silent days that will allow participants to reconnect with their deepest selves, share time for stillness and personal reflection, and engage in small group discussion. We will explore practices related to the topic of the retreat. $110 to $75 (sliding scale available).
